   Each day for 5 days, either Chryzler or Nick arrived, with the support of Harry, Dylan or Ben, to check the state of water damage thoroughly, to reassess ongoing needs, and put equipment in place. They were all consistently helpful and friendly, every visit. They listened to my concerns and were thorough in checking meticulously for every possible sign of water damage, real and potential, and keeping a record of their progress. They put a wide range of high-powered machines to work for five days, until all readings were lowered to acceptable safe limits. I was given good guidance on how to manage with all that equipment running too. And in their office, Karen consistently gave me plenty of notice about the timing of their next visit. A GREAT team. They gave me confidence to stay calm in a very stressful situation

   We dealt with Jason and Dion who both were fantastic. Jason’s communication was superb and managed the drying out of all the walls. He went above and beyond bringing out additional dehumidifier units to get the moisture levels down to an acceptable level. JAE are a well oiled machine and it shows with the final result.    I can't fault the service received after our water main pipe burst in our roof space. The communication was first class.    Excellent service. I was called back quickly and a time was organised for a visit. The person arrived in a timely manner, was very respectful and set clear expectations of the results I could expect. My coffee stain was removed within 30-40 minutes, and I was very impressed with the service and result. I would 100% get these folks back (here's hoping I won't spill my coffee again).
