Josh and the assistants (didn't catch their names, sorry) are so kind and lovely. It makes what can be a really awful, scary process so much easier. They aren't the cheapest, but they're not exorbitant and you get what you pay for. I'm more than happy with the excellent service and high quality work. Worth the trip out to Havelock.
Had incredible service here. Had a tooth niggle, got seen same day and Chanelle did an effortless and painfree wisdom tooth extraction for me. Price seemed very reasonable too. Top team, thanks heaps!
I would not go anywhere else for my dentist needs. I found Wynton very understanding and gentle in his approach after going to various other dentists who ended up making me feel anxious about dentists. He took his time, making sure I understood treatment plans and was feeling comfortable. Thoroughly recommend for kids/teens who are on the autism spectrum of have anxiety he helped my kids to feel like they could cope. Have always found all the Smilehaus staff to be professional and patient orientated. They always go the extra mile including calling the next day to see how things are going.
Like many others, I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. I went a number of years without going at all. In need of a check up, Smilehaus in Havelock North was highly recommended to me. I found all the staff lovely and very welcoming and the dental practice was lovely, light and comfortable. I have now been going to Smilehaus regularly the last 4 years, for both hygienist appointments with Bridget and dental appointments with Wynton and Chanelle. I am so thankful to the Smilehaus team for helping to get my oral health back on track. I believe that they go above and beyond to make their paitents feel comfortable and they have always been understanding of my various circumstances during pregnancies and I have even had staff stettle my babies if they got upset while I was in the chair. I am throughly pleased to have found Simlehaus when I did, and I would highly recommended to anyone. They are all lovely, caring people and wonderful at what they do. I no longer put off going to the dentist, and the care and advice I have received from them is second to none. Chanelle is the most incredible dentist you could ever ask for. Since being a child I have had an overwhelming sense of fear going to the dentist and I have now been able to face my fear. Chanelle has been apart of this journey, she has been so supportive, kind, understanding and informative. I highly recommend Smilehaus, all the staff are welcoming and professional and Chanelle's care, especially if you have fears and anxiety around going to the dentist. The best dental experience I've had. Dr Wynton and Rachel are reassuring and put me at ease straight away. A practice clearly built on positivity and offering the best service. I needed dental work done during the holidays so my 5 and 7 year old had to tag along, they loved Rachel and all of the puzzles, books and movies she had ready for them. A zero pain appointment. Highly recommend this fantastic clinic.
