   I would've been keen to give them four stars and get my family to use them, as the employee that came to clean my carpet was good with trying to get the stain out that I had inherited after buying the apartment. But it was the communication that followed this that I give the two stars. I paid my bill but then I got an email saying pay your bill and so I told them I paid my bill in reply email. Then I get another email saying pay your bill so I sent them a snapshot saying I paid my bill the third time round they sent me a email saying that they were gonna take me to send me to baycorp. All of this in a matter of 3 days. Very angry I ended up having to call them and telling them to check their system, and I do not appreciate being threatened like this. Although the employee was good. I would not be recommending my family or friends to use this Service until they get their payment system in better working order, do a customer service course and stop with the quick heavy threats of baycorp.
