   Roof Doctors completed a concrete tile and butynol flat roof restoration on my home. Dean supervised and carried out a professional job on my flat roof, being knowledgeable and proficient in butynol roofing. Likewise, Stefan undertook the restoration of my Monier tile roof, doing a great job which was complicated by having to avoid wooden dormers. Chris, the Operations Manager, was very attentive to any issues and explained things clearly. Tile roof restoration is a messy business and various factors (partly out of their control) meant that the work stretched out longer than envisaged but the end result definitely meets my expectations.

   Roof doctors was the first of three companies to quote the replacement of the corrugated iron roof on our 100+ year old cottage. They came in a lot cheaper than the other two. The work was completed by Warren and his crew from Highline Limited and they did an excellent job. Job was done on time and on budget with the quote. Not an easy roof with two storeys and several dormers to navigate but they didn’t bat an eyelid. We are very impressed with the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Roof Doctors, Iain is very easy to deal with and communication was great right through the project.

   I have contacted 4 companies for quotes for a new roof. Two I still haven't heard back from, one a lady came 2 days later than she said she would and didn't seem to know what she was doing, and the Roof Doctors guy was the first to get back to me, the first to come around, was very knowledgeable and friendly and has already got a quote to me! Excellent service. I really appreciate it.

   Couldn't fault the whole process from start to finish. The inspection and quote was done within days of contacting them. The contract was easy to understand and straight forward. They turned up bang on time every day, and the work was done professionally and quickly. They handled all the repairs, preparation, and painting. Roof went from drab to fab in a week ! If you dreaded spending $30k on a new roof, contact Roof Doctors first.

   As others have said, a very professional service from the get go. Hamish was great to deal with and a good salesman, (had me sold) then Judy was the admin lady who I had the most contact with, she was amazing to deal with and a really good communicator. The actual roofers I didn’t get to meet however they did a brilliant job and I’m loving the look of it.It’s very stylish and I feel like my house is now solid and waterproof compared to the old tile roof and dealing with leaks during heavy rain, I’m a really happy customer thanks!
