Triton Hearing in South Dunedin has been the most wonderful place to go to address my hearing loss issues. The team are so lovely, patient and empathetic. We are visiting New Zealand and my hearing aid charger got destroyed by the seat mechanism on the plane. Michelle quickly fixed an ear wire that was broken and loaned me a charger whilst we waited for a new one to come in. This arrived promptly after the Otago Day weekend. What a welcoming place! My hubby needed a hearing test plus we needed to do a few messages in town so I accompanied him to his test, the lovely receptionist offered us coffee while we waiting, coffee was good! Guy that did the hearing test was very thorough, explained everything in normal language and answered all the questions we had, he was very professional and accommodating. Great service all round.
