I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)”
