“Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.”

“This branch is situated at the entrance of Warehouse Manukau. Server was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I choose chicken and French fries which was yum yum. Excellent filling meal with good price.”

“Yay! It’s great to arrive at Auckland International Airport in New Zealand and find food you love right away, especially when you’re tired after a day and night of travel. Immediately upon exiting the international arrivals area, you’ll find this popular, relaxed, casual spot to grab a small quiche, a muffin or chia pudding. They offer soy, almond, coconut and oat milk for coffee drinks. They don’t make their drinks too sweet. You’ll find recyclable utensils and straws. Service is accurate, efficient and friendly. And they sell alkaline water in plant based reusable bottles. My tummy enjoyed the kombucha with ginger and turmeric. Way to go!”

“Needed a couple of random little plumbing bits for work, knew this place would have everything we needed and after a bit of rummaging managed to find exactly what we needed. Saved a couple hundred bucks over buying new. We felt like things were priced pretty fair. Basically what you want to sell things for if you were the seller but still a few bargains in there. Amazing variety of items, you could spend half the day in there! The guy at the counter was friendly, had a nice chat and a laugh when we paid but great how he leaves you to look at things rather than trying be a salesman and bothering you. Love this place, will be back :)”

“Coffe 5/5. Its mostly down to the Barista, I know - but the taller young lady on the machine this morning made absolutely great latte. Extraction, milk - perfect. (Good because the $6.90 from downstairs got tipped out after the second sip.)”

“Don't know why people whinge stay home & make a coffee! These beautiful people are run off their feet from the minute they're open right through to most of the day, weekends are chaos for them which says volumes! Their coffee is the best I have ever had creamy & fresh, Caramel latte to be specific, my favourite muffins are the lemon cream cheese which I always get "hot" because that is the way I like them. Their service is great considerating the amount of people lining up waiting to be served. They do the best they can, they're not robots. Highlight for me is always to come here even if I don't need anything from the mall. Hard to find really good Barista's, always my number 1 coffee place. Keep up the awesome work team. “A great selection of stock, styles and prices. Staff were friendly and very willing to bring the requested size out to assist trial fittings, and help in making a selection. Thus shop is always clean clean and tidy with a great range on display at all times.”

“Great coffee. Good ham & cheese omelette, the hash cakes served with eggs Benedict had ice in the middle of them - maybe process gap in the kitchen. Cabinet contained a fine range of sandwiches and breakfast items including croissants”
