Staff at this place was not the most pleasant one, but this might be connected to the fact that I visited the cafΓ© on 26th December where not so many people were working anywhere. No free tapped water was available at cafΓ©, unless I asked for it - I got a glass and I saw that the waitress doesn't feel like solving this request again with me, probably because she had a lot on her. I would appreciate some salad as side dish at all meals from the breakfast menu. I and my boyfriend tried 2 different breakfast meals and they both were a bit salty and heavy.

Ordered the Ham & Cheese Tosstie. It was delivered to the table, I cut it into 4 and took a bite to be uncomfortably surprised that the tomato, ham and cheese was still chilled. Only the toast was lightly toasted. The cheese was not even melted. More of a sandwich than a toastie. Highly disappointed and not satisfied at all. Yes I could have taken It back to be toasted properly, but I had already sliced it into 4. Became full what you order or specify exactly what you are after as my expectations did not match theirs.

Pleasant service at this cafe on the airport. They also do a decent flat white. Nice flavoured brew & presented well in my takeaway cup. Muffins are huge & delicious too.

Awful service. We chose two filled croissants and two coffees which seemed good value for airport prices. Waited ages and ages for the croissants to be microwaved. The member of staff bringing over the coffees asked if we were waiting for food. We explained that we were. Still no food came. We eventually chased them up again and after a while two different ones to the ones we asked for arrived, so we had to get them changed. Five staff members working, who all seemed busy but serving very few customers!

One star is very generous for yet another failure of the business at the airport. Very slow service, completely unmotivated and not happy to be there , terrible coffee, overpriced breakfast , without any taste not worth the money. Seriously if you have no other choice go to McDonalds few meters away you will get better coffee and food. It’s that bad !

They get a star for the coffee and a star for the service but I warn you know, avoid the breakfast items at all costs! I paid $8.90 for a breakfast melt, expecting that they would make a fresh version of the display item. Instead I received the reheated display item, complete with dry, crisp, reheated lettuce and chewy egg (pretty sure that's what it would be like to eat a rubber ball). I didn't dare try the muffin underneath. Very disappointing.

I read the reviews after I had placed my order and paid. If I'd read them beforehand I'd have gone elsewhere. However... So. The service was fine, good without being exceptionally good. The food was delivered quickly, possibly because only about half the tables were occupied. The food was perfectly acceptable, a decent sized burger with a good whack of ingredients, fries with two sauces, all good. The poor ratings are a bit of a mystery to me. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's at the airport and there are no bargains to be found here.
