Just got some waffle fries from here… sooo rock hard, felt like chewing on chicken bones… sour cream and sweet chilli was the best part. A sad late night $9.50 spent :( Also please give the guy behind the counter a big hug… he’s always so sad and… mute? Anyway ate it all up, goodnight!!
The cashier painted a smiley face on my nachos with sauce and it made my evening :) I don't know her name but thank you to whoever did that!
If I could order uber eats from another store, I would. Because octagon night n day is guaranteed to mess it up every time. If you actually receive what you ordered it’s usually cold and stale. Some of the staff instore are rude aswell. Too expensive, gross food, bad service, and scamming by not even supplying my full order.
My Ubereats order is taking way too long to be prepared. How long does it take to serve food out of the hot food cabinet? Just don’t list on uber if you’re incapable of filling the order at a reasonable time.
Well set out and well stocked dairy. We stopped there for a snack and got a slushy and fries. Fries had the perfect crunch (were fresh from fryer).

Asked for nachos and they wouldn’t make me nachos even though they had the items to. They were just lazy and looking for a way out. I would know because I worked at a night n day and supervisors would do that all the time.
Really awesome staff. There's one young worker there and he's incredibly kind. Always go out of his way to say hello and ask how i'm doing. The prices are expensive, but that's expected. Clean and tidy, great staff, and reasonable products.
Amazing people who are important essential workers that previous customers reviewed badly. Since level 4 we have relied on them...acceptance and kindness go a long way. Customers choose how they behave....even if service is a bit mixed doesnt mean reviewers have to respond as some have. Thanks Night n Day....
