“The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“Outstanding service. A Refreshing Change! My sister had a fantastic experience at Noel Leeming Napier today after a disappointing attempt to shop online with Bose. The team not only sorted out some Bose headphones quickly and efficiently but also sorted out an excellent price without hesitation. The manager went above and beyond – offering the kind of genuine, old-fashioned service that’s so rare these days. It was such a refreshing change! I’ll absolutely be shopping at Noel Leeming next time I’m back in the Bay. Highly recommend.”

“Went down today and the chips were abit over cooked for my liking. BUT asked the owner for a fresh batch and she was more the happy to cook fresh and tasty chips as she was busy training other workers and didn't notice the chips were over cooking in the cabinet. Felt good leaving the store knowing they actually listen to their consumers . When I go in nearly everyday you can count on the shop to be fresh and the shop keeper to always have a nice big smile on there face .”

“This store has always been amazing and the people have always been amazing from the time that I was just a simple customer to now a worker I would like to thank the Woolworths family for their guidance over the years. “This little op shop has had a bit of an overhaul lately and I think it’s looking really good! The store always smells nice, they’ve started changing displays to be a bit more interesting. I particularly like how they are displaying the good records up on the wall where you can see them. There are two staff members in particular who are always very friendly and have great banter. The new manager is lovely also. Prices on clothing, music, books, tchotchkes and electronics are very reasonable. Prices on toys are some media are quite high. Sometimes the store closes before their stated closing hours which can be a bit of a bummer. The biggest benefit of this op shop is that they prevent electronics from becoming landfill! Most local op shops chop the cords of electronics and bin them as they don’t have a system for electronics testing. Keep it up habitat team :)”
