   Was in Bricoes yesterday to buy curtains. Only to be told at counter nope no specials they are full price. One there was a sign above curtains saying 50% sale. She then went on to say because sale starts in an hr you can come back. 2nd false advertising & 3rd lady the sale was from the 1st till 19th October. I said to my partner let's just get them in Hastings let go over now. Further on she said all bricoes have the same sale it will be no different. I could not be bothered with her anymore Hasting we went. We'll lady if your reading this you were wrong. We got our curtains they were absolutely wonderful and the sale you were talking about was a completely different sale starting.

   Went into Briscoes Napier today and was shocked at the state of the floors they didn’t look like they had been vacuumed or cleaned for a very long time. It was only 10am not the end of the day. When did presentation no longer matter.

   I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Briscoes Napier, and it’s all thanks to Abbie! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she help me find the perfect items, but she also provided helpful tips on care and maintenance, which I really appreciated. Abbie’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely friendly attitude made my visit so enjoyable. She even went out of her way to check stock availability and made sure I left the store completely satisfied. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re shopping at Briscoes Napier, make sure to ask for Abbie – she’s an absolute star!
