   I went to pick up my click-and collect, made a simple mistake of where I am meant to go to collect it, and struct a very rude checkout operator. To make it worse, I get the product home and it's damaged. I hope she is not working when I have to go back in to exchange it! Update, they young woman who served me when I returned the product was so lovely, and very helpful, thank you hun,you restored my faith in your store.

   Did a click and collect order on Sunday morning and was too early when going in to pick it up. The staff at the counter were so helpful despite how busy they were. Within 5 minutes I had my order and got help with some product questions. They were busy, yet professional and super helpful. Thanks team!

   Always a joy to look online and see something you would like only to arrive in store, and they don't stock that product... But they do have an alternative product for 5 times the price....it's the second time this has happened with this store. In this day and age, there is absolutely no excuse to have stock counts online that are wrong.

   I always liked browsing this store and keeping things on my wishlist. I know people joke about things being on sale but if you look closely there are many good brands and items you can pick up which are good value for money. I really love that they have added a quick chat option to their website which is very handy. Voniyae does an excellent job on the chat support. I had an issue and Hayden took a personal interest and went out of his was to sort out something very important for me in the store, although this was not his department. Highly recommend this store.
