Mark was nice, clearly experienced, and didn't mind a quick chat about the bike to an obvious novice. Would recommend, and will be back if I have any problems in the future. Also I got a park out the front both days. Seems it's in a spot which is slightly too far for people heading to the CBD, but still has 60 minute limits. Key info for anyone like me that hates driving and gets mad anxiety over parking.”
