   Pretty dire customer service here. Group of staff standing around chatting, when you ask for help apparently they don't have the authority to help you. Lady at the counter has no idea how to triage customers and quickly deal with a 10 second problem / solution in the midst of another task that she is already doing... at a glacial pace.

And speaking of tags, don't be surprised if you stumble upon some creative pricing—think of it as the store's attempt at modern art. Now, onto the main event—the toy aisle! It's like a scene straight out of an action movie, but instead of dodging explosions, you're dodging falling stock. Duck and cover, folks! Who knew shopping for toys could be an extreme sport?But wait, there's more! Ever wondered what it's like to navigate through a jungle of misplaced items and broken shelves? Well, wonder no more! It's like a real-life maze, but instead of finding the exit, you're just trying to locate your groceries.And let's not forget the customer service—or lack thereof.    Always love a trip to Kmart. But always come out with heaps more than we had planned to buy, especially at Christmas :) Loads of great value gifts and items for your home. Love their scented candles. Loads of parking available, a short walk over the road to The Base or a very quick drive. Click & Collect here is super quick and efficient. Photos taken during several visits.

   Great store with great products, just what we all love about Kmart. I see Kmart everywhere around my home and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Prices getting up there a bit now though on some stuff… Note to management: Don’t alienate your loyal baseline customers on a tight budget with higher prices or do so at your own demise.

   the shop itself is really good and has a great selection with lots of little 'different' things. at the moment though they appear to be short staffed, which is understandable in these times. found it hard to find someone to help me. i also accidentally bumped into a staff member and caught her radio, hanging from the back-pocket of her pants and apologised, but i received a rather impolite answer. really? it's not as if i did it on purpose.. next time (if there is a next time) i will think twice about apologising.. This was just before Christmas. I'm sure the staff were very busy and possibly stressed, but an apology should not be thrown back in your face.

   Went there early in the morning to avoid Xmas people traffic. Staff were all really helpfuk. Two diffenent staff saw me looking fir stuff in different part of the store and offered their assistance. One of them even went to the back and check for me if the item I wmwanted was in stock and It was. Kmart offers great values, it out performers in terms of value for money if comoare to the Warehouse, other Pet stores (accessories), what's more is you can buy similar items at Kmart to what you can buy online say Ali express but without waiting for posting from overseas. Can't beat the values. This branch in Te Rapa currently open 24 hours leading up to Xmas, with ample parking at front multiple entry and exit to the main car park. Go early or late to avoid crowd/queues and if you are worried about Covid. This store is very popular with locals as the next closest store is all the way in CBD. There is something for everyone in the family at K Mart.

   Nice store layout, good opening times and quite clean/tidy. This store has alot of parking avaliable and alot of home/gift items, clothing, bathroom, etc. All ready for your convenience at competitive pricing
