   DISAPPOINTED: I recently purchased(online) a bike from this store. Upon pick up, I was pretty disappointed by the color discrepancy with the tyre. It's frustrating because the tyres were a big part of what drew me to the bike in the first place. I talked with the staff, but they just told me it was a it was not available, which didn’t help much. It’s frustrating to spend money based on an expectation that turns out to be completely different. Noted it was on display with other store branch. The bike seems fine overall, but if you're specifically looking for a certain color, I’d recommend being cautious. Would’ve been much better if the color was accurately represented and I was informed before making the assembly and call me for pick up. It looks like for mens bike now.

   Wednesday: email says bike is ready. (one week after purchase) Friday: Drive 2 hrs to pick up bike, "oh sorry we have it but we havent built it, it'll be ready tomorrow" Saturday: After 30 minutes of looking for the bike, they bring out the wrong bike. btw, you only have a week to pick up your click and collect so i had 4 days for them to get another and build it. Was also told it would only take 5 days, took 10, not impressed Staff lied to my face saying they saw it being made. One member even made jokes about giving it to someone else. Got my refund, won't shop here again.

   Paul at Torpedo7 Te Rapa was extremely helpful with an issue I was having with my Giro bike helmet. He went out of his way to contact the supplier for spare parts and then followed up on a replacement without hesitation. Great service from Paul and the team. Cheers

   I’m extremely disappointed with Torpedo7. Waiting three weeks for an item to be delivered is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they charge $15 for delivery, which is what I’d expect to pay for overnight shipping, not for a painfully slow service. Even more baffling is that they charge $15 for click-and-collect! How does that even make sense? Their customer service is just as poor. I had the misfortune of speaking to someone on their 0800 number who sounded far too young and inexperienced to handle complaints effectively. It felt like they had no proper training and no interest in resolving the issue. Since the Tahua Partners acquisition, this business has gone downhill rapidly. I used to be a loyal customer, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll shop with them again. They need to seriously rethink their delivery times, fees, and customer service standards if they want to retain customers.

   Up date (01/23) bought a smart watch and had the best customer service from a lady there. Shows it’s the individual not the store in general. She was fantastic and needs to be commended Terrible customer service. In there for a lengthy period of time wanting to buy after advice however was ignored even after awkward eye contact. Boo

   Went into the Te Rapa shop looking at mountain bikes and found the sales staff to be quite helpful and knowledgeable - particularly Trent and Thomas. They helped me with a test ride out the back which I thought was good. I did eventually purchase a bike and some accessories, which they did for me at a good price.
