“I ordered online, but it turns out that they didn't have one of the items in stock. Personally, I think the mark of a great business is how they respond when things go wrong. I was contacted near instantly by their staff on Monday, who were apologetic and offered me my choice of several solutions, and enacted my preferred one within minutes of my response. Absolute 10/10 in terms of communication and customer service. I don't think I've ever had such a swift response. Shout out to Kayla for her speed and professionalism!”

“Had some spare time so wandered into this amazing little shop. I loved looking at all the different product for sale and the very friendly chap behind the counter was all too happy to fill me in on the flavours they would bring.
