“I phoned on a Monday, explained my situation and was booked in first thing Friday morning. I arrived 15mins before my appointment time to fill out paperwork but didn't even finish it before being called in. The Dentistry student was awesome! Made me feel comfortable(I hate dentists), made sure I didn't have questions and double checked all my information. My issue turned out to be a Wisdom tooth, which they were able to be extracted the same day. I have also booked in for a few weeks time to have my other Wisdom tooth out. Highly recommend this place for your teeth needs! Professional staff and made me feel good leaving the place although I knew the pain would be coming later that day.”

Soo-Wee is not only an exceptional oral surgeons, him and his staff have the highest level of customer services skills I have found in Dunedin! Soo-Wee always made me feel comfortable and that wouldn't have Been easy given I am highly sensitive about getting any dental procedures done. Not only did he take time out to make me feel comfortable he custom made my procedure to ensure I was feeling the most comfortable I could. He is a genuine person and amazing at what he does along with the patience and in depth knowledge he has makes him a phenomenal surgeon ! All of the nurses there are amazing and take care of you in the most gentle and thoughtful ways. The lovely receptionist Chanelle and Fern were absolutely so wonderful and it was always a treat to see them all. “Great service and professional dentist. Honestly funny guy with a deep understanding of profession. David was quick, honest, pain free and was a pleasure. I struggled for 7 years with this stupid tooth that I spent $1,500 on (Root canal, and multiple dental visits and re-do) and was finally fed up and wanted it out. As a general surgical reg I understand the most important aspect is to decide to operate in the first place and he talked me through options as if I knew nothing about medicine which I was grateful for - I know nothing about dentistry or the anatomy of the mouth. As a patient he informed me of the options and we went ahead to get it out. Sting of local anesthetic, tooth out, done - no pain, no issues. came back in a week for a check up free of charge. Thanks!”
