   I ordered online, but it turns out that they didn't have one of the items in stock. Personally, I think the mark of a great business is how they respond when things go wrong. I was contacted near instantly by their staff on Monday, who were apologetic and offered me my choice of several solutions, and enacted my preferred one within minutes of my response. Absolute 10/10 in terms of communication and customer service. I don't think I've ever had such a swift response. Shout out to Kayla for her speed and professionalism!

   Had the absolute pleasure of shopping here online. I returned a ring (via post) as it seemed although it was my usual size it ran big, staff were so so accomodating and happily have sent me another one in smaller sizing. I never leave reviews but honestly the customer service is so great and their website has great stuff too! Highly recommend them- would love to go actually visit in person one day.
