Went for a late lunch (3pm) Maggieβs was still open which is really nice compared to other cafes. I tried their mushroom pie on recommendation from the waiter. It was really tasty. The place itself is well decorated. A little gem of a cafe
The best cappuccino with oat milk Iβve had in a long time. The food was really good, the perfect spot for breakfast and talks. The staff was super friendly and the vibe was perfect. Loved the art everywhere, it just made it more cosy
Really good food and nice and interesting interior. Very sad and disappointed by the staff, not friendly or smiling, or a basic good morning/ hello. Needed to request to clean our table as nobody came to remove the previous dishes. Waited long time for food and served our plates to another big table who arrived and ordered way longer after us. Little things could change a lot for a little moment. Donβt go there for a good service
Contemporary design, excellent location, friendly staff, highly recommend for your chilled breakie time while you visit Dunedin. Reasonable price, nice and easy breakfast selection menu and the display cabinet. Veru luxurious large dining space to a cafe so you get to choose your preferred corner to have your "ME time". Love it!
Such a cool cafe! Loved the artistic approach and can visualise how awesome it would be to have an event there. I only got a cappuccino as I was exploring more of the city but it was a great cappuccino at that! Highly recommend coming to Maggieβs for your next cup of coffee!
It offers a cozy atmosphere with great coffee and yummy food( especially pies and curly fries), and a heart warming welcome from a lovely dog :)
Cabinet food is delightful, fresh and filling. I particularly enjoyed the Reuben sandwich which had really yummy bread. Coffees were well done. However it did take a while for our meals to come out and it wasnβt that busy. Staff are nice too and the cafe itself has a good vibe.
Ordered the apple and peach pie and hot chocolate. The apple pie was one of the best weβve had! Interior was super cozy and pretty. If youβre driving, parking is $4/hr outside. They have a cute resident doggy too.
