   Have had the pleasure of using Rosann multiple times with Overseas Travel and have always received an exceptional service. On travelling alone with my then one year-old son, she took care of all arrangements from flights, accommodation, hotel transfers, intermediary accommodation, insurance, activity suggestions, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Utilising her vast travel industry knowledge she was able to advise on and provide multiple package options to select from tailored to my individual circumstances. She has given invaluable personalised advise when selecting destinations of travel, taking care of all arrangements, making travel such a breeze. On another occasion over a very busy travel period, she had made all arrangements for 4 pax within 24 hours of flying! Would highly recommend for all Travel needs. Have always had memorable holidays due to the advice, tailoring and arrangements made by Vincent George.

Rosann and the team do everything they can to make a travel itinerary as smooth and as flawless as possible, no small feat given the disruption that everybody has faced in recent years, and their standard of customer service has remained at the highest possible standard. They don't just arrange your travel, they make sure you are covered against anything going wrong at the same time. Superb.

The person travelling also required assistance. and they managed to sort that out for us. In short, the traveller had an enjoyable and safe flights.
