    Would meave worse review if I could, arranged a time for my delivery between 12pm-6pm and took a day off work to make sure I was here for it. 6:30pm still no delivery so I called Cromwell office to ask where it was and was told I should of been delivered by now and they'll call the driver to find out where he is and call me back to let me know. 7pm still no call/delivery I call again and was greeted by a voice-mail saying their on holiday. This morning i call again and was told it's been dispatched this morning at 8am for the morning delivery 9am-12pm (so yesterday was a lie?!?) It's now 3pm and still no delivery/callbacks Absolutely avoid this company unless you like enjoying dealing with no-show deliveries and exceptionally poor customer service!
