Peaceful location in Mosgiel. Well equipped studios and units.wonderful helpful hosts. Great for our group celebrating a special birthday locally. Highly recommend if visiting Dunedin(15 min drive) or Mosgiel.
Greats hosts. Very accomodating. Dealt with an unexpected storm that cut power for a long period of time very well. Very happy with their service.
A nice, quiet spot on the outskirts of town, just a short drive from Dunedin Airport. We stayed here for a night with our two young kids before flying out and it was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean, tidy, and great value. The gentleman at reception was very welcoming, even walking us over to the room and explaining everything clearly. It’s even dog friendly, with an off-leash exercise area, which is a big bonus. If we’re back in the area and need somewhere to stay, I’d happily return.
We only stayed one night, were wishing we had booked for longer! Was a neat tidy unit, heater was on when we got there which was nice......we were late with our arrival and they couldn't have been more understanding. Rural location, really quiet, no light coming into room at night and pet friendly!! Cutest receptionist ever, thank you Mr Darcy. Would happily go back and recommend.
Great place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom family unit and it was ideal. Friendly welcome when we arrived (by people and the resident dog!). Would be a 5 star all around but we felt the heating let things down just a bit. We will definitely be back.
Very tidy and modern.. Sandy and Pete are a lovely couple. Always seems to be full I'm living here for a couple of months and it's handy to town

Great location with plenty of room AND they are dog friendly, didn't know that before. Friendly, warm welcome. Very comfy bed and the full kitchen was great
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Rural and yet 15 mins away from the city sprawl of Dunedin (and the airport), it is a perfect place to stay. Food is available upon request but the groceries, restaurants and cafe are only 7 mins away in Mosgiel. With great amenities for a lodge, complimented by its cleanliness, and marvellous hosts, we will definitely be staying here every time we head this way!
Good rooms, decent size and warm up quickly. Problem is the heatpump only runs for 45 minutes at a time. Showers are good and electric blankets provided. Decent size grounds and dogs are aloud. 5 minutes from Mosgiel so very quiet, and rooms are serviced daily
