The knowledgeable staff were super helpful and were more than happy to present me with several options and answer silly questions like what I'm suppose to do with the buttons on a suit jacket. You can certainly get SLIGHTY cheaper suits elsewhere in the mall, but the ones here don't LOOK cheap. Got a good deal including a shirt in the end”

“What a wonderful store! Bought my dream jacket on sale and it was shipped within a couple of hours of placing the order and arrived the next day, with a lovely handwritten note and treat. I ordered the wrong size and not only did the store let me swap a sale item, the lovely lady went out of her way to make it as easy as possible. I mentioned I didn’t like how high the shoes felt so she removed one of the two insoles for me to try and I ended up making the same request for several pairs and she continued to be helpful and friendly, even when the shop got quite busy as well. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service.
