She rang Australia, spoke to the store that had the shoes, and arranged for me to order them online to make sure that I got them. Then...she rang me a few days later to see how I had got on. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. As an older woman who has become used to being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. “I never expect going to glassons to be a pleasant experience because of what the staff are known for. However when I went in today it was a great experience. I have mobility issues so as I was waiting for my sister to get changed in the changing rooms, one of the staff quietly came up to me and offered me a place to sit as she could see that may be of help. It was such a nice gesture as most people tend to just stare. I really appreciated her going out of her way to make me feel comfortable.”
