   Had the most incredible experience shopping at Witchery yesterday. Susan and Sophie were the highlight -suggesting pieces I hadn't considered, attentively checking in throughout the outfit changes, giving honest opinions and glowing when the outfit selection really shone! I walked away with a number of new outfits that felt truly like me! It should be mentioned, that the store was really busy with a constant stream of customers and ladies in and out of changing rooms. Their level of care was not isolated to me, I observed it was extended to each person - they never missed a moment to connect, take unwanted items, process sales, suggest alternatives or offer their positivity and encouragement. Truly, an incredible experience and beautiful women whose attentiveness, care and expertise was reflected in every touch point. Thank you!!

   Had the best experience today in Witchery, I always struggle to find pants that fit me properly and the sales assistant brung me so many options, sizes, and was so helpful in finding me what I was after. It’s not often you find people in retail that genuinely care about helping the customer but I was very impressed!

   Quality has decreased greatly while price has increased significantly. Customer service is nonexistent. Designs have been the same for years just different fabric and prints.

   Wanted to pass on my appreciation of the solo young woman running the Cashel Street branch in Christchurch this morning 12 March Saturday - I was there between 10.00 & 10.40. The staff member was genuine, warm, helpful (while assisting several people simultaneously), and knowledgeable (regarding the brand). I did not get her name, however she was the only one there at that time. I have passed the on to head office.

   A huuuuuge thanks to Lisa and Jenny (sorry if the names are spelt or in general wrong) and Witchery as a whole. All the clothes made me feel amazing, and my final choice was a huge success for a graduation, formal enough to wear to celebrations but classy and subtle enough to be worn casually. There are not many places where the price, quality, and style balances perfectly. The staff were kind and determined (and not to just sell me something ) but to help me find something that was me. They were invested in the mission, to get to know my look, and needs (of me aaand my mum haha) and to give me style advice. (yes I am now looking for a petticoat). Without them, I would not have found the balance of formality, practicality and my personality. Today I felt amazing, and I can't thank you guys enough x recommend Witchery to all women!

   This shop is disappointing. They seem to always shut earlier than their actual opening hours. I knew what I wanted unfortunately they locked their doors like 20 minutes earlier before their closing hours while I could still see the staff in the shop. Wow, looks like they didn't need any sales! Then, I tried to call them to check the stock availability the next day between 3pm - 4pm and no answer despite the multiple calls. This is shocking. Nothing like the Riccarton’s branch.

   Sadly, the staff didnt ask us if we needed any help and we were there for 10mins. I dont enjoy being badgered in stores, but, I think we should have been asked if we needed help. May have made the difference to if we were going to purchase clothing. In the positive the store is beautiful and very tidy, I'm loving these pantsuits that are coming in. But just so disappointed with the lack of service. It's not like she didnt notice we were there, she was busy talking to a friend. Not cool.
