“This is one of my favourite stores in Canterbury to find lovely pieces of clothing and beautiful homewares and gifts. They have constantly changing stock and wonderful helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you find those special pieces. They are great at couriering things if I can’t pay a visit but it is fun to drive out to Rangiora and have lunch in a cafe afterwards with a girlfriend when I have time.”

Most people would have shaken their heads and put it in the "too hard" basket. Not Jas. She rang Australia, spoke to the store that had the shoes, and arranged for me to order them online to make sure that I got them. Then...she rang me a few days later to see how I had got on. “I have recently been shopping at your northlands mall store. The assistant whose name was Cara is what I would say is the very best in customer service that I have seen for a very long time. As an older woman who has become used to being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. “Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”
