   Incredible company/brand! Have been in touch with Lily from customer care and she has been absolutely exceptional in assisting me! My very loved shoes I purchased a year and a bit ago started to wear down and the rubber at the bottom has almost completely come off! Lily has been kind enough to look into this for me and take great care in making sure as a customer I feel valued and exceeded any expectation I had! She has kindly offered to replace my shoes with a new pair (how amazing is Mi Piacis Customer care?!) so incredible to see a luxury shoe brand who stands by their products qualities and goes above and beyond for their customers. Will only be buying shoes from Mi Piaci now on!!!

   Called in to get a pair of sandles for my daughter who wants a pair for her Xmas present while with my wife and spent 10mins looking while the three shop assistants talked in the corner and totally ignored us and we were the only ones there! Will try riccarton store to see if we get any service there - I would have given 1 star but shop well laid out and nice looking shoes just pity about the rubbish staff.
