Fantastic service from the Christchurch shop, despite my being in the North Island. Great telephone and email communication, both early in the morning and late on a Sunday evening. Very accomodating, sensible and clear. A beautiful selection also. A stylish and intelligent small business. I look forward to buying from them again.
Service at the pop up store in the colombo is shocking. We were the only people in the store, the lady went behind the wall when we walked in and never returned. Not even a hello and we could see here on her phone the whole time.
