Store doesn't take cash when putting through sales after 830pm, was about to buy 2 pairs regardless of no greeting or assistance. I was the only person in store, tidied up after myself and I get end of day procedures take time, but either put through a payment or have amazing service. Didn't get either here.

I went in on Thursday 22 Feb at around 12pm. The lady (blonde and larger build) completely ignored me and other customers, did not say hi even though I was browsing for a while and was visibly confused. She was busy some of the time organising a shelf but even just greeting me would have been sufficient. I was looking to purchase two pairs of shoes but felt annoyed by the service so I went to Street Legal where I received much better service.

Had a shoe on hold . Came to pick up, the staff didn't care to even ask what shoe it is and just said sold out. We drive all the way from other side of the town . Disappointed how we are treated

Iβve just received the worst customer service from Eliza at Riccarton Mall. We were the only customer in-store and she completely ignored us. After awhile I realised she wasnβt going to come over to help I decided to approach her, I asked for bigger sizes in two styles of shoes to which she just glared at me and I said βSize 10?β Itβs lucky I was desperate for a pair of shoes for my holiday because after she made me feel like the biggest inconvenience I was prepared to walk away. Donβt get me wrong I understand we all have bad days but itβs no excuse to be rude to customers! The only words she said to me while I was there was βYouβre welcomeβ after I completed my purchase and told her βThank youβ. I checked the google reviews to see Iβm not the only person to experience this. And Yes Iβve sent an email!

Need to improve customer service Walked into the store on Tuesday 28/2/ 23 with my friend who was looking for white high heels to match her wedding dress we both hi to the lady who took her time turning around from what she was doing. Looked grumpy and wasn't particularly helpful or interested in what me and my friend were looking. She seemed annoyed each time I asked her to check if they had my size in a particular style. So in the end I got 3 different shoes I wanted to try and put them all on the counter for her to check for sizes. Once again, grumpy. We decided to leave the store and go to another shop

Need to improve customer service big time. Walked into the store on a Friday 30/12 and said hi to the lady who took her time turning around from what she was doing. So in the end I got 3 different shoes I wanted to try and put them all on the counter for her to check for sizes. Once again grumpy. When I decided on the pair I wanted, she then appeared to be happy and chatty with a chirpy voice. What's with that?! Next time I'll go to Northland's.

Went to return faulty shoes, I didnβt have my receipt but I am one of their Novo members so of course my order was on the screen when Leah looked it up. She refused to refund me after talking to her manager and when I asked her to call back her manager to get further instructions she refused again. I went home and found my receipt, called the store to ask about getting a refund and another staff member Rya told me I still canβt get a refund, they only give credit notes. Your staff need some serious training and knowledge of the Consumer Guarantees Act. Very disappointed they wouldnβt abide by the law.

Made an order online for Click & Collect and got an email saying it was ready for collection. I then got another email a couple days later, when I was planning to go pick it up, saying that the shoes were out of stock and my order was cancelled and a refund will be made. I went to the store anyway to see if they had another size in stock and the worker Keely was amazing!! She apologised for the mix up and I got my order fixed immediately! She was very sweet and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The lady was extremely rude when I was looking for boots. I asked to try a pair on and was given one shoe to try on and didn't even help me or ask me how it feels then I had to ask for the other one to try on. She gave me a rather rude look. That lady was extremely rude to me until I bought the boots then she was all nice and friendly. Looking at other comments this is not the first time this occurred and the service is not improving. I love your shoes but this is clearly not the way to treat your customers!!! You should treat all your customers the same. Rather than only being nice to the ones that buy anything!!!
