   Jill here, not Craig :) The dress was great but customer service is underwhelming. Chris Ovens does your company a disservice. It took many emails and phone calls for him to understand that what he was seeing internally did not match your external website. And there was no apology from him. I was so frustrated that I emailed and asked for Marion to call me back but instead he called me back and we went around in circles again.

   Purchased jeans from AAAG last year paying by eftpos. Circumstances meant I have only worn them 4 or 5 times. They went out of shape and baggy. I emailed the Manufacturer who asked me to return them to AAAG which I did, showing proof of purchase etc. A man phoned me and A…disputed my purchase, B…said he contacted the manufacturer and they would NOT assist and C…told me ‘I should be grateful, perhaps I had lost weight’..I terminated the call at this point. I again emailed the manufacturer and they offered me a pair of jeans of my choice free of charge. Vassalli you have the best customer service…ever. The owner of this store could learn a lot. Will never buy from AAAG …ever.

   First time I ever used this online shop, simply because my favourite online store had sold out of a top I REALLY wanted and I saw this had it on preorder and due to arrive in 10 days. The communication was terrible, took my money and did not even give an email with my confirmation of my order - until I rang over a week later and spoke to Chris who said it must of gone to my junk mail. Nope!! Then I got countless buy more emails but all I really wanted was to be kept up to date on my preorder. I did receive my order, thank goodness but I will never ever buy from this store again because I cannot deal with this lack of care and communication. 1 star for the communication and attitude. 1 star because I got my order eventually and thank goodness it all fits, because I wouldn’t want to be dealing with a return. 2 stars in total. If I had read the google reviews prior. Wouldn’t have ordered at all. Funny though because all the reviews on their own website are all 5 stars in. Make your own assumptions there

   I visited the store recently and tried on two dresses that were similar but couldn’t decide which one to purchase. I left the store and came back later to make a decision. I asked the lady serving if she would be able to give me some advice but she didn’t and instead was standing chatting to someone else. I chose which dress I was going to buy and when I took it up to purchase it the lady looked at the size and asked if I was for someone else. I wrote an email to the store to complain about the service I received but I have not had anyone address my complaint.

   Although my first experience was positive and the service was ok, when I needed to return an item as it was faulty it was frustrating. I purchased something and the stitching unravelled on one arm, after one wear. I took it back on a weekend and was advised that I would need to be called. I explained that I wanted a replacement or refund and the person advised they were unable to do that because they weren’t allowed. Only after I explained conditions of a faulty item (which were displayed in the store) did the person try and call someone (after prompting to do so) and then basically advise they would cop the blame by replacing my item. Owners/managers need to train their staff to be able to provide the best customer experience no matter the day or who is in store.
