   The store was absolutely diabolically messy. BOXES EVERYWHERE I MEAN EVERYWHERE. could hardly walk round the store without having to move out the way for a box. Store was an overall mess anyways with things not being hung up properly and items on the floor. Rude manager (blonde curly hair) stopped the sales assistant from helping me and my friend as she wanted her to be on the counter, there was not even one single person buying anything at the time as it was only 9am. Does the customer actually come first?. the sales assistant Poppy was lovely and still managed to help us. `

   STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We were clearly next in line at the till, but this staff member completely ignored us and called the person behind us instead without any explanation. They weren't even smiling nor talking politely. We were left standing there, confused and uncomfortable, while the person who was third in line was served ahead of us.There was no reason for us to be skipped like that cause we weren’t causing any issues, just waiting patiently like everyone else. THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS NOT OKAY. IT WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND MADE US FEEL DISRESPECTED. I hope you take this seriously and look into how your staff are treating customers cause i'm definitely sure we're not the only one who had this kind of treatment in this store.

   While shopping there I overheard what I thought was the manager (blond curly hair) bullying, belittling and down right degrading a few of the sales assistants that were there. She was talking very loudly and creating a scene which caused a lot of the customers to stare. It was awful to see and I am mad that someone (who seems like she is a bit older than the other sales assistants) could treat someone like that as she should know better. I’m appalled at the level of disrespect and disgusted that she would do this as I heard a few awful words being thrown out by her. It would be in the best interest for the sales assistants and customers if she was no longer there in my opinion as I have never seen some talk down on sales assistants the way she was.

   What I witnessed today instore was absolutely disgusting. Who I assume is the manager had ripped into an employee till the point the poor employee cried. The way she was speaking to her employee was so condescending and belittling. The lack of respect was insane and just down right disgusting. What a toxic work environment that must be. Managers are meant to be uplifting not that bullshit, she seems to thrive on intimidation. Atleast have the decency to pull the employee to the side or out the back, like infront of customers is absolutely feral behaviour. Not returning here again.

   cotton on here have many pretty clothes on promotion, and really enjoyed the shopping here. The lowest price is only 5 dollars for clothes! Is much more lower than other branches, just that only on selected cloth and size limited!!! Spend less get more here!

   Great big store. Cotton on, Cotton kids and cotton on body all bundled into one. I found lots of bargains here! The highlight was getting a handful of beautiful bras for $2 each and I came back another day for more. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Store was well laid out, bright and inviting. Will be my first stop on shopping trips in the future.

   Pretty annoying went around the entire shop to make a large purchase just to find out there's a written sign saying no after pay or layby like....ok doesn't take much to put a sign up the front

   I went into the new Cotton On store in the South City Mall, but the music was so loud I walked out again. Not everyone can turn down their hearing aid. No, I don't have one, and I don't wish to, so I won't be going back to your store so I can avoid getting my ears blasted

   The staff treated me and my group of friends badly, we were told that we could only use the changing room one at a time then became visibly angry when we “took to long to change” and watched us the entire time we were in the store, making me feel as if I was doing something wrong by just being in the there. Note the shop itself sells good and well priced items my only issue is with how bad the staff experience was.
