“Went in over the weekend and was served by J'Vonte, I asked to try a specific pair which didnt end up fitting the shape of my foot well and upon asking for J'Vonte's recommendations within the same brand I was bought out a few options to choose from which ended up fitting me waaaay better and also being much comfier too! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of insight the team have into their product. “Went there to grab a watch but even it says its open in website, the store was closed, we waited there till 10:30, then we waited if anyone can open the door but they are still inside laughing at us. I don't understand why the opening time is messed up, I would have come at the right time if they mentioned what time they will open. Don’t want to wait an hour to open the store. Please fix your time table. Also gave you 5 star because don't wanna be karen I just want you to fix the time table.”

“That’s an awesome customer service from Mister Minit Riccarton. We had got our two belt been punched for some holes. It surprised us when they did it for free for us. And to show our appreciation, we bought some key chains from them. Even though they did it for free, they showed us their nice attitude and treated us like a loyal customer. What a top level of customer service skill. Fantastic.”

“Fast and friendly service. Piping hot and tasty chai lattes (have had them good takeaway too, my only comment is that I wish the 'large' takeaways were bigger as they are pretty small) . Lively atmosphere and lovely decor with all the different pictures/paintings hung on the walls. Great selection of cabinet food. We had a custard muffin, it was delish. All in all a great new cafe on the block.”

“Very warm and welcoming place. It is what one would imagine as a place to eat while thinking about a village or a small town like Lincoln. The food is good. I had so many good memories about this place. On a cold and windy day getting a coffee for myself and hot chocolate for my kids. On Friday after long and exhausting week lunch coffee with a pie. And today with all the rain we get at the moment delicious spicy pumpkin soup was the most appreciated thing for me and my wife.”
