They put two new tyres on and then cost themselves the extra by letting me know I had wheel play issues to sort before a wheel alignment would be of any use. Cynthia made me feel at ease and fully explained everything, from the taking of background information, the testing process and the results. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the various hearing aids available and I did not feel under pressure to make a hasty decision. That said I was so confident that I had all the information I needed to make a reasoned decision that I ordered hearing aids immediately.
