   Do not get this store to fix your jewellery. They charge you $30 a piece for a quote and use only ONE jeweller and if you don’t agree with their overpriced quote you lose your deposit. They don’t provide a break down or a proper quote. Just a text. I also asked for two pieces to be fixed on top of my quote and because I declined the quotes these two pieces were never fixed and lost my deposit!. The shop assistant also hung up on me while trying to sort this issue out. Not a way to treat your customer! After being a loyal customer I will NEVER come back here. Appalling service!! Rip off and holding you to ransom to pay the quote!

   Went there to grab a watch but even it says its open in website, the store was closed, we waited there till 10:30, then we waited if anyone can open the door but they are still inside laughing at us. I don't understand why the opening time is messed up, I would have come at the right time if they mentioned what time they will open. Don’t want to wait an hour to open the store. Please fix your time table. Also gave you 5 star because don't wanna be karen I just want you to fix the time table.

   I couldn't rave about Pascoes enough! I highly recommend. Amazing staff super polite and amazing all round!❤ After having a bad experience at Michael hill i walked over to pascoes and was greeted with such kindness, They didn't keep trying to guide me to get a interest free loan and buy something out of my price range. They supported what I wanted and helped me find a perfect match. I was served my 70045. Thank you so much.

   I am so disappointed. I went into the store at The Palms yesterday. I asked the guy serving can he recommend a ring that goes with my current ring, the one he suggested was in a box labelled $39. We had a lengthy conversation about the ring and he ordered another one for me as I wanted two. Not once did he mention the price of the ring was not $39. I went into the same store today to collect the rings. The girl serving told me it would be $177 for the 2x rings at $39 and a gift set advertised at $39, which obviously wasnt right. Well the rings were $79 each not $39 and rather than honoring the price listed on the box they said it was a human error. I told them I'm not paying that price. I'm disappointed because neither of them apologised, the lady said oh its in the wrong box, the guy said I never noticed that yesterday. What has this world come too that people dont apologise when they make a mistake?? After all the money my family spends at Pascoes too, the least they could do was honour the price advertised on the box and say sorry. Highly disappointed.

   I came here today and got over charged i just noticed when I got home how annoying. I showed him the 2 pairs of earrings one was $15 and reg price was $25 which he over charged me and other was $23.40. The guy is not very helpful at looking for earrings. He did not even check, he also was trying to get me to look outside in the window display too lazy to check himself. The ladies are nice and helpful and one helped him look as it was right in front of his eyes. I think he has that cannot be bothered attitude.

   No one acknowledged us. It takes two people to serve one lady. Not even an "hi" or "we'll be with you in a moment"... Stood there for 10minutes waiting. Another couple come in and are served straight away. 2 stars for the lady that finally acknowledged us before we walked out and decided to go to Northland's. Young girl needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Learn to acknowledge and say hi to customers that are instore. She walked past us 3 times and didn't even want to make eye contact. Went into Northland's and was much busier there. Was greeted by both ladies (young and mature) with a smile and even though busy with customers actually communicated that they won't be long. We got what we wanted and left happy.
