“Most beautiful stay. We were traveling through Christchurch when we decided to stay an extra night to visit friends for dinner quickly booked this place on booking.com easy as service just pulled up needed a PIN code to get into the house and had everything wifi hot shower clean tidy bedroom. We will definitely recommend to other friends and family. May even come back though and stay a night on our way back.”

“I stayed in November 2024 for 2 days with a late check out. I wanted to give this motel a review as I found the staff extremely helpful as it was my first time in Christchurch. I want to commend the staff making our stay great. The location is fantastic - great bus routes to airport, city and beyond and the Riccarton Mall literally across the road. Being self contained and having a mall across the road made it easy to get supplies to cook food etc. I really recommend Dean Bush Motel - ring them instead of going thru a book app to get the best deal.”

“Just want to thank the lovely family who manage the Vita Nova Motel for a great stay. We landed at midnight and we were able to arrange a late checkin. The unit was really clean, bed was so comfortable, Netflix to chill out at night, had all the necessary amenities and great service. Daily house keeping was excellent, she was thorough and showed great attention to detail. Laundry facilities were useful. Location was great, central to everything. Would definitely stay again. “We had a wonderful intermite gathering with friends and family there, the playground was a highlight for our little ones. It was a lovely day so was able to use the whole ground for garden games. The pool room offered hours of fun and Tracey and Garry went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and looked after. Honestly would recommend to any and everybody looking for the perfect space to relax with family and friends. Thanks SO so much for everything!”

“Had a wonderful tour with Chris last Sunday. Chris is a very kind and handsome person who loves animals and care of them a lot. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip with my family in CHC. I'm happy to learn about farm life and the stories of the animals, and we love the kune kune Pig -smile mouth!”

Fantastic spot right next to the cafe and Diamond Harbour eatery, with easy access to the ferry and lots of walking tracks. Really loved being able to have our dog stay with us too. “This place was more than a home away from home. A pool spa Bbq.. Owners were amazing. Breakfast included 4 different cereals fruit. Different food items in room. It was amazing beds were really comfortable. The room bathroom was so clean. I think this would have to be one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. Something for everyone. Playground out the back AAA+ best to just ring for bookings.”

We never had any problems there. Everything in the house worked properly, and it has everything you need to have an incredible time. Without a doubt, it is the best place to stay in Christchurch. “Great central location with an easy walk to many highlights of the city, especially New Regent St for coffee, gelato and dining. Warm comfortable suite with everything we needed for a 5 day staycation. Beautiful building and lively atmosphere out front was always a great welcome home. Communication from Zeenie & Sarah was exceptional given unexpected change in travel plans. Would definitely book again.”
