   Booking directly with De Largo was the best decision I found our Host Will to be extremely helpful as our stays over 3 weeks had late arrivals and early arrivals and all I needed was to text to arrange. The 4 different rooms we stayed in were all clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is superb easy walk to an assortment of great restaurants and also to stroll in the park. We will definitely be using Delago for any return visits to Christchurch.

   I flew to Christchurch to look for a house to rent and De Lago Motel was in a fantastic location - it was central which made viewings easier and there are shops very close by making getting food etc also very easy. The room was great value and even had a balcony. The manager, Will, was very helpful and it's his help that truly make De Lago Motels a 5 star stay. He was considerate, polite and would go out of his way to make my trip and stay easier for me. I highly recommend De Lago Motels, especially for business trips or anyone looking for great bang for your buck.

   Was one of the better hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were wonderful and friendly, the room was HUGE with full kitchen and the spa bath was excellent to relax in. The bed was massive and so comfy. A lot of different pillow softness available on the bed. Being upstairs unfortunalty getting to the room you have to walk up the stairs outside and unfortunately it was raining. I was concerned about slipping. Overall, 100% would stay again

   De Lago was the best place we've stayed at so far in NZ. The amenities were really good and the manager was super helpful and went above and beyond to do what we needed and ensure we were comfortable. We used the hot plates and pans provided to us which were really good and the washing machine was great, the manager also provided us with a clothesline when we asked for one. During our stay, we asked the manager if we could stay a couple extra nights on short notice, which he gave us a great deal on. Overall, very happy with our stay, thank you!

   Very comfortable and clean studio apartment with the added bonus of a washing machine. Within walking distance to shops and eateries. Will was a great host and we really appreciated his willingness to make our stay enjoyable. Very happy to recommend this motel.
