   So much better than staying in Christchurch but only a short drive away this place is excellent for many reasons & the hosts Jasmine & Michael are just like family welcoming you to their lovely home. The 5-acre grounds are magnificent & private, the amenities are fantastic & the breakfasts are amazing - Jasmine is super accommodating! As a base for skiing at Mt Hutt or visiting Christchurch do yourself a favour & book here. We ended up staying 2 nights because of the hospitality & comfort, then came back again for another night - wonderful!

   It was early autumn when I went. The trees with autumn leaves and the green of the lawn were very beautiful, and it was very pleasant to walk along the path. The room was very clean and I felt like I was at home. The owner couple are very welcoming and wonderful. It was foggy in the morning and it was very magical. It was a convenient location not far from the airport and Christchurch by car. had a great time
