Everything you need is provided, from modern facilities to cozy shared spaces that make daily living so easy and enjoyable. What I really love about Co-Live is the atmosphere. It’s not just a place to stay; it truly feels like a community. Everyone here is super friendly, respectful, and supportive. Over time, many of the people I met here have become great friends. Whether it’s sharing meals, chatting in the lounge, or celebrating small moments together, there’s always a warm and positive vibe around. The management team has also been great — always helpful, understanding, and quick to respond whenever needed. Living here has given me a sense of peace, comfort, and belonging. I would definitely recommend Co-Live to anyone looking for a friendly, well-maintained, and stress-free place to live. It’s a perfect choice for anyone new to the city or simply wanting a comfortable and welcoming home

   I initially was thinking Co-Live would be a good place to stay for a few months until I found something else - I stayed 18 months, it is an excellent place to stay - clean, tidy, and the management really responsive to questions. The place is friendly and definitely safe - I would stay there again without hesitation....

   After almost a year living at Co-live 33 Christchurch, I have to say how wonderful my stay has been. All electricity, gas, and internet bills are combined into a single weekly rental payment, making everything much simpler and more affordable. Throughout my stay, I was able to use the laundry and communal kitchen facilities, both of which were very well equipped. All the residents were always respectful, and I even made some friends.

   I lived in Co-live 33, Erica street, Papanui for 2 months and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and I always felt that my privacy and comfort were well taken care of. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had a very homely atmosphere. The facilities were modern and convenient, which made daily living smooth and stress-free. Shaun and the team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their easy-going nature created a welcoming environment where I felt comfortable and at home from the very first day. The location was also very convenient, with everything I needed close by. It felt safe, peaceful, and ideal for both work and relaxation. I truly recommend Colive to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and supportive place to stay in Christchurch. I would definitely love to return in the future if I come back to Christchurch.

   This is a great place if your needing somewhere to stay! Absolutely recommend. Really lovely management and they pick great tenants so you will never feel out of place. The whole moving in and moving out process is super easy and everyone is so down to earth. They have done a great job renovating the place with absolutely stunning rooms too!
