   Our family had a lovely stay at Okuti Garden. The yurt accommodation was not just gorgeous, private and tidy. The hosts were very generous with their fruit trees and our children loved picking and eating apples and plums and there were plenty of other activities on site and nearby. We all had a blast in the rowboat on the pond. We will be back!

   I visited this place to find a little break from my busy life, and it was the best choice. Strolling through the beautiful garden and spending a day in nature made me so happy. The owners were incredibly friendly, and there were delicious plums in the garden too:)

   My first morning at Okuti Gardens I woke up at dawn and have never heard so many bird songs in my life, it was beautiful! I absolutely loved my stay at Okuti from the beautiful property and gardens to the kindness of the host family :) the donkeys, sheep, and pigs made the experience unforgettable too!! I can’t wait to return to this special spot in the valley!

   Little River hidden gem!! A secluded serene garden oasis with all the amenities needed! We had a wonderful stay in the Garden Yurt, and was easy to find thanks to photos on listing. Lovely shared facilities (kitchen, bathrooms and entertainment/rec area), with multiple peaceful outdoor spots to sit. We’re already thinking of booking our next trip!

   Jim & Jane were so accomodating for our micro wedding ceremony we had out at Okuti this week. They went above and beyond to cater for us and my 89 year old Grandad who also came out and stayed. This gem is magical,blissful and just makes you just stop and embrace the beautiful nature surrounding you here. Im so grateful i stumbled across Okuti and we will be staying alot more! Thankyou Jane & Jim for everything you done to help make our day special. And i cant forget Tammy the well mannered pup!

   We visited while our friends were married on-site and was amazed by the beautiful gardens. A lot of hard work has gone into this property. Good facilities, lots of space and a great setting for a wedding. (leave it as you found it, meaning... take all your rubbish away and keep an eye on kids who might want to run and play in the well prepared gardens)

   Spent one night in a yurt at the beautiful Okuti Gardens and absolutely fell in love with the place. No power, no phone, no worries. I would definitely recommend booking a massage with Christina also. The whole experience has left me super relaxed yet invigorated at the same time. Can't wait to go back!

   Everything about our stay was nurturing. From the warmest peaceful welcoming, to the freedom the children had to wander the gardens and feed the animals while we could peacefully read and relax - I can say this is one of my "happy places" to forever treasure. Came home feeling grounded, but also looking forward to my next stay. Only 45 minutes drive from Christchurch is this amazing place of harmony and whether going alone, as a couple, a family etc, I can't recommend Okuti Gardens Eco stay enough. Xxx

   We have stayed at Okuti Gardens many times now, and for us it is the most relaxing place to be. The hosts are so lovely, the garden is beautiful, the accommodation is fun and extremely comfortable, and it has an energy of peace and stillness that we love. We come out from Christchurch whenever we can, just to recharge and soak up the birdsong and the garden surrounds. We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful piece of paradise.
