A big shout out to Steve at Salts for his awesome service, came on the day we called, took our 11 year old washing machine back to his workshop, repaired and delivered it back the next day. It’s like a new machine! This was after appalling service from a competitor last week. I’d waited 2 weeks for their visit, they misdiagnosed the issue, left the machine with a bigger leak than it had to start with, sent us a quote to repair for 3x the cost of what Salts charged. I have used salts several times for spare parts mostly small stuff like an3 electrical stove switch purchased recently. Gavin salt is a top man he was particularly helpful with a hard to find parts. Thoroughly. try them first recommend for good used appliances ....
I really appreciate this place. They are very helpful. I needed a replacement washer and fridge and they showed me what they had and got them both to me that day. I had something go wrong on the washer and they were so good - they came out immediately and I had a replacement in no time! I highly recommend this group and will use them again! Super satisfied in the appliances and the service!

Visited when looking for affordable second hand white goods and we are glad we did. He knocked off an additional $50 off the original price for our fridge and even better was the free delivery and 1 year warranty. Would definitely recommend.
