This was my first visit to Ben at We Fix Tech. My immediate impression of Ben was that he was personable, and knowledgeable re. my laptop repair. I had my iPad screen replaced here and was happy with the service. I called a few places, and this was the only one where the person clearly explained what the repair involved and offered separate prices for just the screen or both the screen and LCD. Other places only gave a bundled price, even if only the glass needed replacing. The price here was fair and the repair only took 3 days, which was much faster than other stores that needed to order parts. The person who fixed my iPad was also friendly and explained things clearly. I got my iPad back and it works just like before. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.

Ben was very helpful. Battery ordered from Auckland which arrived with 2 days, however was damaged when opened. Ordered another battery which was installed today. Battery still being charged. So far so good. Happy with service & would recommend.
Absolute exceptional service. Ben went above and beyond to provide an urgent iPhone 14 repair. Professional, friendly, honest and quick resolution at a very reasonable price. Would recommend and use again for any future phone repairs.
I came in with a cracked Galaxy S20+ screen, and Ben did a great job at getting me sorted out. This model is particularly difficult due to the curved glass yet he was still able to get it working perfectly. Prices are reasonable and he is very explanatory about what his capabilities and risks are for each set of repairs. Would definitely come back!
I had a damaged video baby monitor, and didn’t know where to turn to have it repaired. After looking online and calling a couple places with no luck, I called We Fix Tech. It didn’t take much explaining for Ben to work out what the problem most likely was. He is very knowledgeable and even though it was outside of what he normally repairs, he was willing to give it his best shot. I appreciated that his pricing was fair/affordable and he was very upfront, and clear about what the costs would be. Within a few hours he had it all sorted. Highly recommend his services!
