Terrible service, under staffed. Counter girls seems to busy to offer any help whatsoever. Waited for ages and still got no service.
I went in for an at home office chair, looking for good ergonomics and comfort. Todd answered all my questions, didn't try to up sell me and was informative. A good range of chairs and wonderful customer service. Thanks Todd!

Agree with all the reviews on the poor customer service and slow processing times of photos and printing requests (appears to be going on for years and no change).So if you have time to waste, enjoy enduring bad customer service and want to observe poor organisational culture go here.

She is absolutely lovelyโprofessional, humble, and genuinely warm. Every time Iโve interacted with her, she has been charming and exudes a positive attitude that makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Her helpfulness and friendly nature truly stand out, and I always look forward to seeing her whenever I visit. Every time I go there, I get disappointed from the lady whoโs at the till most of time. She clearly doesnโt know what good customer service is and always rude. Once she charged me same item twice, other time she just tried not to understand what customer needed. Always just standing there with no smile, no welcoming, and no respect at all. Thatโs really shame, cause other staff whom I have talked with are amazing and super helpful. Perhaps a till lady does only just handling money. I wish they considered changing staff position, or my closest branch to work was not there.
Good choice of product, great that it's a stand alone store and not inside The Warehouse like most of the others
ordered item online 23th april 2020 , click and collect .. still waiting 9th may 2020 , very poor service , not even answer to my email , item required urgently to work from home , totally disgusted when other services can supply within 3-4 days at the most
