Absolutely wonderful customer service, they were quick and efficient with installing, I had purchased a new Mitsubishi head unit after my factory model stopped working, and they had it installed and ready to go within 2 hours, showed and explained to me how it works in great detail which I really appreciate. I will 100% return in the future should I need another head unit and will be recommending to everyone i know. Thank you very much.
A great head unit installed in our car. Friendly and efficient service at a reasonable cost. Only the second head unit I have had installed by someone else in the 47 cars I have owned over 39 years. I'm not going to bother with that shit anymore and just go to OEM Audio.

Had excellent service from the team (especially Paul and Kyle) when I inquired about repairing a charging cable that came with my PHEV. Even though it wasn't bought directly from OEM, they inspected it with no concern, repaired it for a very reasonable price, and even upgraded the face plate and added a new cap for the plug. Everything was done incredibly quickly and communication was fast and friendly. Would recommend OEM with no hesitation, thanks team!
Took my old EV charger in to see if it could be repaired (expected to need to fork out for a new one), but the team at OEM Audio repaired it (it looks brand new!) for a fraction of the cost, and was ready the same day. Highly recommend these guys!
