    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service my partner and I received at Fast Fix yesterday while attempting to have an iPhone 11 Pro battery replaced. Upon arrival, we were informed that the replacement would take approximately 25 minutes. However, we were then told the battery was not in-store and would need to be collected from the warehouse, extending the wait time to one hour. Despite the inconvenience, we agreed and waited the hour. During this time, we purchased a fast charger. While making this purchase, the staff member asked if we would be willing to pay for both the charger and the battery replacement before the phone was completed. We agreed and were advised the phone would be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, we followed up and were told the technician was “stuck in traffic.” Another 30 minutes passed with no sign of the technician or the phone. We then learned that the battery was supposedly faulty and could not be replaced as the warehouse had closed at 6 pm. At this point, we had already been waiting close to three hours. When we requested the return of our phone and a refund, a male staff member returned with several phone cases and a phone that was not ours. This raised concerns about how our phone was being handled. Shortly afterward, the same staff member returned with our phone—despite having just been told it was still being reassembled, which was contradictory and concerning. When we reiterated our request for a refund, the staff member attempted multiple times to persuade us to return another day or accept store credit in the form of a screen protector and back cover for the same value ($85). We declined. She then attempted to give us cash but asked if we had change for her. When we refused and requested the refund be processed back to our card, she claimed she was not authorized to do so without a manager’s approval and could only provide a bank transfer. After we declined again, she suddenly located the correct change in her drawer. The entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and suspicious. Not only was the service far below acceptable standards, but the handling of our phone raised serious concerns. Due to this incident, we will not be returning to Fast Fix and feel it is important to make management aware of the service issues.

    My Samsung A14 had a broken charging port, I had this repaired in Bangkok one month ago, it has already stopped working, Fast fix replaced the faulty port, the young lady was very professional and polite, she had my phone repaired in very quick time, did my shopping and it was all done. Couldn't be happier, Thank you Fast Fix. Happy to recommend Fast Fix Northlands to all.

    I paid $31 dollars for a screen protector and it kept lifting and bubbles everywhere. It has taken me 1 week to come back to them as i work till 6pm, the man in the shop said they can't do anything its just what happens. They put it thru as a s22 because my ph is to new for a screen price in there store and pretty much said I knicked it as its taken soooo long to return. How bloody rude you got a star because I can't give u no stars. Spend your money somewhere else people.

    Absolutely gutted by their product and customer service. Bought a screen protector for an apple watch that lasted me for 3 days. And when taken back the manager excused it imposing a physical damage whereas its very evident its a manufacturing fault. Save yourself the trouble to deal with these jokers and probably invest your interest and money elsewhere. Never returning and DO NIT RECOMMEND!!

    I read the negative reviews and I wish I listened. I handed in my phone for the screen to be fixed on Thursday night and the young woman told me to pick my phone up on Friday night so I did, only to be told that it needed a part and it would arrive on Saturday morning. I turned up on Saturday at 5.15pm and was told the part didn't arrive. I told them they should have called me so I did not have to make another trip to pick it up (they told me they called me on Friday but my husband never received any message from them). The manager ignored my question re messaging me and he then shoved my phone in my face and told me to go somewhere else. I should have known they were scammy when they tried to charge me well over $400 to fix a screen for a S20FE until I had to tell them you charged me $259 for fixing the same phone a week ago. Never going back!

    Phone had a broken screen now nothing works properly since they "fixed" it. Do not use these people technician is rude and basically told me I was a liar.

    iPhone 12 back glass was completely shattered, I’d had quotes from other service providers who charged much more and would’ve had my phone for 2-3 days. Came to fast fix and it was very affordable and I had my phone back by the end of the day. Really good experience thanks guys.
