   Went and saw Scott about my laptop as I was having issues with my fans. He really quickly got to the root of the problem (and explained it so that i could understand), took all of the specifications needed and sent them away to get info about whether we could get replacements. Friendly and efficient service, I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone who needs help with their computer or laptop.

   IPC built a tower system for us in 2014 (I think this was done by Charlie). This system never missed a beat until just over a week ago and as we were going to have to upgrade for Windows 11, it was perfect timing. Scott built us a new system using the same tower, which meant we kept our CD drive and saved us a bit of money. The new system is fantastic and great thought put into utilizing our old system such as, formatted the old 2TB mechanical hard drive which was setup as a file history drive. (Hope I got that right). All of our data cloned onto the new system. Great value and Scott kept in touch checking that we were happy with the progress. Support local, this is a A+ service.
