   I have had fantastic service both times,I have been here. I had a light bulb fitted for my tail light. The guy that did it for me was efficient, knew what he was doing and had great banter. I just couldn't remember his name. Then this week, I was back again to get a battery for my car key battery.The lovely girl at the desk fitted this too. She was fantastic. Again friendly service. Both of them are a credit to their team. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

   My partner purchased some sanding discs a week ago which she used and only told me today that the discs kept flying off the orbital sander after not much use. The discs still had a lot of life left in them. I called the shop and explained the situation to Andy, the manager. He said to call into the store sometime and he would work something out. I went into the shop straight away and met Andy and we compared the used discs to new ones. They didn’t have stock to replace like for like so he very kindly said he would give me a full refund. I wasn’t expecting that. But great customer service. Thank you. Will definitely be back. Good job, keep it up.
