Really unhappy with this store the service and cost. I have a older hardrive that has died. I asked this store to have a look and tell me if we can save the data. They send me back this If data can be recovered, that would cost from $800 -$1500 excluding GST due to the complexity of the issues and parts needed. What kind of a quote if that? This great information cost me $180 to find out. I feel ripped off. My advice don't go here. Then you insult me by saying we charge you $180 so not to get time wasters ....YOU ARE TIME WASTERS WHO RIPPED ME OFF. YOU TOLD ME NOTHING I DID NOT KNOW ALREADY. THEAVING INDIANS
