I recently got a part for a property from these guys at the recommendation from an electrician, and they were fantastic. Their communication was really excellent and they were super helpful. Highly recommend for great service and amazing communication.
Poor communication & service - would not recommend and will never return to this store. We did a click and collect - received an email that specifically said we would receive an **email** or a **text** when ready to collect. We were out of reception for a few days - we later found out they had tried to call to say the item was ready to pick up (no message left, no follow up text, no email etc). The store was then closed when we returned to reception (i.e. closed for the week 1 Jan through to 6 Jan (a busy time for retail)). We were not aware they would be closed even non-stat holidays and given had not received any emails from them assumed they may not be able to supply the item so we bought elsewhere since the store was closed and we could not get hold of them. When we explained the above situation when the store finally reopened the lady we spoke to was rude, and proceeded to refuse to refund or provide any remedy. To make things worse - we put our feedback in writing to the store that they should look to change the writing in their email if they are going to call going forward (or at least call AND text OR email (like their email states they will)) and this was just completely ignored.
Terrific service, thank you. Replacement oven delivered the following day. It was hard wired in, and old oven taken away. Can't ask for more. Lovely young chap also. Thank you 100% Nicols !
Excellent service from this store. I was given good advice from the sales person, so I am very pleased with my new dryer. I purchased the dryer at 3pm, and it was delivered to my home in Silverstream at 4.30pm. Outstanding service.
Recently purchased a Samsung washing machine. Absolutely love it. Olivia went out of her way to provide exemplary service to help me out of a sticky situation. Bruce completed the installation quickly and efficiently and explained all the new features. Would recommend Nicols to anyone. Very much appreciated the friendly team.
Bought a Haier Freestanding Oven from Nichols. The oven was installed two days after purchase by a very knowledgeable young James. I was delighted that they took my old oven away along with all the packaging from the new oven, which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend buying local from this Store.
Don’t go anywhere else!!! I’ve done the research on price already you can’t beat these guys on price or service. It’s hard to find these days. Cheers team.
Amazing customer service! Olivia has been fantastic to deal with throughout and I really appreciate the effort they went to so I could have my washing machine looked at and a new one delivered and installed. I'll definitely be back.
