“I honestly don’t feel like going to McDonald’s or KFC anymore! You can get 12 chicken nuggets for just $5, and they’re big, fluffy, and freshly fried! Where else in Westfield can you find such great value and service like this? Despite the rumours, the prices here aren’t high at all...in fact, considering the quality of the products, I think they’re actually very reasonable. Every staff member I’ve met has been genuinely kind and thoughtful. Above all, I’d definitely recommend ordering from Taihei rather than the neighbouring supermarket’s hot meals. It’s actually better than many nearby restaurants!”

“Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers. I took a moment to compliment him on his incredible effort and mentioned how I’d noticed he hadn’t stopped working since I arrived. He responded with a polite smile and genuine appreciation. I had the best roti here after trying several other places. It has all the spices and rice to make a homemade biryani. Fresh chillies and murku. I did cheat tonight and also bought some off the shelf dal makhani, perfect with the roti. All round lovely shop to have in the neighborhood.”
