   3-4 year also this was best supermarket to buy Indian groceries but now it is worst(looks like management is changed or maybe new owner ) . They keep expired product even I told staff member still they don’t remove expired product from shelf .

   Kwality Mini Bazaar in Papatoetoe is a hidden gem for Indian grocery shopping. The store offers a wide range of authentic Indian products, from spices and lentils to fresh produce and snacks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. My experience at Kwality Mini Bazaar was delightful, as I found all the ingredients I needed for my Indian recipes, and the prices were reasonable. A must-visit for all Indian food lovers in the area!

   Worst store ever in Auckland. They sell terribly rotten vegetables which are not even fit to be consumed by animals. Misleading or no prices. Surprisingly I went to their store first thing when they opened, could clearly feel the refrigerators had just been switched on. Which means they are playing with health of people. Staff don't even bother if you are waiting at counter, staff keeps gossiping amongst themselves and ignoring customers, I now only go there to get milk, everything else is terrible. All the pulses and beans are heat treated and don't cook. Too greedy owners.

   Yesterday (13.01.2023), my wife went there to buy some grocery items. The staff at the counter was discussing with another staff not focusing on customers standing in line. Immediately, the staff started servicing the customer who came after my wife. Horrible experience, and upset with this don't care attitude towards the customer. My wife just left the items and came out of the KWALITY MINI BAZAAR. The staff need some training on how to behave with the customers. Our approach and values will speak volumes in the future.

   They do have a good variety of everyday items but it would be nice to see a little improvement with customer service and basic things like greeting, smiling and saying thank you to the customers . Remember, these basic gestures help u retain customers.

   All the Indian items are available here. Yes, some brands of specific items might not be there, but overall gives a feel of India. From pickle making ingredients to frozen items and fresh vegetables, everything is available here. Some items carry lower price than orher stores which is a great bonus. Milk is cheaper to buy here for example. Also, they keep adding deals on the products, making it more attractive to us. Another benefit is, the items are displayed in boxes and we can buy our own suitable quantity of it. No pressure of purchasing 1kg of something, if we need only 100g. Smartly organized store with deals and variety is one line for it.

   Amazing service and they also helped me to cook curry using ingredients from there shop. I can now say I'm a pro at making Indian curry thanks to Manager shweta and lovely girl gurijet for sharing their recipes and knowledge with me a total stranger but can now say we have formed a great friendship just from their wonderful service with a smile and making sure that we are looked after! I am one happy customer who is now a regular and highly recommend their store to everyone!
