   The beef and salmon I bought after New Year's Day were both spoiled！The beef actually reeked from the bottom. Honestly, with quality that pathetic, that fire wasn't a tragedy, it was just karma doing its finest work. Maybe take a page out of Woolworths' book and invest in some vacuum sealers? Or is the budget so tight you actually can't afford them?

   The worst online grocery experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order on 1 December around lunchtime and received milk in the afternoon that expires on 3 December — only two days later. Absolutely shocking. I also ordered Teriyaki Chicken on Rice and was charged $19.79, yet the price printed on the package was $12.99. On top of that, Uber Eats charged an additional service fee. When I contacted Uber Eats, they advised that the pricing is set by the store, not the app. I tried calling New World Metro directly, but no one answered, and the duty manager line didn’t even have a voicemail option. Extremely disappointing customer service and an overall very unpleasant experience.

   I can't choose zero star. Very Bad. I bought a box of YB sushi in New World Metro Auckland at 17:16 on Jan. 16, 2021. The salmon and avocado sushi looked not bad though it was not just freshly made. I took it back home to eat at about 18:30. When I ate the last piece of the 10 piece of sushi. I chewed a piece of foreign object, a short hard whit strip out of the sushi. I almost threw up and was disgusted. Poor food safety for YB sushi! Thumb down!
